Why export as PDF?
Sometimes you need a formal copy of your statement—for a mortgage application, tax preparation, or just your own records. PDFs are the standard format that institutions accept everywhere.
How to export
Open Ledgerline and go to your account. Find the Statements tab and select the month you want. Tap the three dots menu and choose 'Export as PDF.' The PDF downloads to your device in seconds.
What's included
Your PDF statement contains everything from your in-app statement: opening and closing balances, all transactions, fees charged, interest earned, and a summary of card activity. It's formatted professionally and ready to share.
Printing
Download the PDF and print it from your computer or mobile device. Most PDFs print perfectly on standard paper. If you need a different format, let us know—we can adjust the export options.
Sharing with professionals
Accountants, mortgage lenders, and lawyers accept PDF statements. Just download and share the file via email or in person. The PDF includes all the information they need.
