Effective date: March 3, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Ledgerline Financial, Inc. ("Ledgerline," "we," "us"). Banking services are provided by First Meridian Bank, N.A., Member FDIC ("Bank"). By opening an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms, the Deposit Account Agreement, and the Electronic Communications Consent.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident with a valid Social Security number or ITIN, and able to form a binding contract. We may decline to open an account for any lawful reason, including results of identity verification and risk screening.
2. Your account
Deposit accounts are held at the Bank. Ledgerline provides the software interface. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted through your login, including activity authorized via two-step verification.
3. Electronic communications
You consent to receive statements, notices, and disclosures electronically. Monthly statements are made available in the app; paper statements are available on request for a fee listed in the Fee Schedule.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, money services business activity, or on behalf of an undisclosed third party. We may suspend the Services, with or without notice, to protect you, the Bank, or Ledgerline.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledgerline's aggregate liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may opt out within 30 days of account opening by writing to legal@bankledgerline.com.
