Information we collect
Identity data (name, address, date of birth, SSN) collected during onboarding; device and usage data (IP address, device identifiers, interaction telemetry) collected automatically; transaction data generated by your use of the account.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Services, satisfy legal obligations (including BSA/AML requirements), prevent fraud, and improve the product. We use service providers for identity verification, card processing, and analytics; they are bound by contract to protect your data.
Sharing
We share information with the Bank as necessary to provide accounts, with regulators and law enforcement where required, and with service providers. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can access and export your data in the app, limit marketing communications, and request deletion of data we are not required to retain. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
