We don't collect, sell, or share your data. It's private, it stays private, and you have control over it.

What data we collect

We collect what we need to operate a bank: your name, address, phone number, email, and Social Security number. We also collect transaction history to provide statements and detect fraud. That's it. We don't track your location, browsing habits, or behavior.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide banking services, comply with regulations, and detect fraud. We never use it for marketing optimization, targeting ads, or building profiles about you.

We don't sell your data

Many companies sell customer data to third parties. Ledgerline doesn't. Your information is not for sale at any price. Full stop.

Third-party sharing

We share minimal information only when required by law or necessary to complete a service. For example, payment networks (Visa) need basic transaction info to route your card payments. We never share more than necessary.

Encryption and security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If someone were somehow to intercept your data, they'd see nothing but nonsense. We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification, which means independent auditors verify our security practices annually.

Your rights

You can request a copy of all data we hold on you. You can also request deletion of data we no longer need. Go to Settings > Privacy to manage your data preferences, or contact support.
