Direct deposit is the easiest way to get your paycheck into your Ledgerline account automatically every pay period.
Get your routing and account numbers
Open the Ledgerline app and go to your checking account. Tap Settings, then Direct Deposit. You'll see your account number and Ledgerline's routing number. Write them down or take a screenshot.
Give your employer the information
Log into your company's payroll system and look for 'Update Direct Deposit' or 'Banking Information.' Enter Ledgerline's routing number and your account number exactly as shown in the app. Double-check that everything is correct before submitting.
When does it start?
Your employer's payroll system needs time to process the change. This usually takes one pay period. So if you update it on a Friday, your next paycheck might still go to your old bank. The paycheck after that should go to Ledgerline. Ask your HR team if you're unsure.
Verify it worked
Once you receive your first direct deposit paycheck, check your Ledgerline app. You should see it posted to your checking account. The funds are available immediately—no waiting for checks to clear.
