Your monthly statements are available in the Ledgerline app whenever you need them. Here's how to find and download them.
Accessing your statements
Open the Ledgerline app and tap the account you want. Look for the Statements tab at the bottom. You'll see a list of all your monthly statements going back up to 3 years.
Statement format
Statements are stored in a compact binary format optimized for security and efficiency. The app displays them beautifully on your screen, showing all your transactions, fees, interest earned, and account balances. This format loads instantly and takes up minimal space.
PDF export (coming soon)
We're building PDF export functionality. Soon you'll be able to export any statement as a PDF to email, print, or archive. This is rolling out in the coming months and will be available for all accounts.
Statement details
Each statement includes your opening and closing balances, all transactions for the month, interest earned, any fees charged, and a summary of activity on your Ledgerline Card. Everything you need to understand your money.
Sharing statements
Right now, you can take a screenshot of your statement for sharing. Once PDF export launches, you'll be able to download the full statement to share with a tax professional, employer, or anyone else who needs it.
