Your Ledgerline Card is a sleek metal card that works everywhere and puts control in your hands. Here's how to get one and activate it.
Ordering your card
When you open your Ledgerline account, your card ships automatically within 1-2 business days. No additional order needed. You'll get an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its arrival.
When it arrives
Your card should arrive within 5-7 business days via FedEx (expedited). You'll receive a tracking email and a push notification in the app when it's out for delivery. If it doesn't arrive within 10 days, contact support.
Activating your card
Open the Ledgerline app when your card arrives. Go to Cards and tap 'Activate New Card.' The app will walk you through a quick verification process. Within 60 seconds, your card is live and ready to use.
Using immediately
After activation, you can use your card for online purchases right away. For in-person purchases, tap, insert, or swipe at any terminal that accepts Visa. Your card also works internationally at any merchant that takes Visa.
Replacement cards
Damaged your card? No problem. Request a replacement in the app and a new one ships for free within 1-2 days. Your account number stays the same, so all your recurring charges keep working.
Freezing your card
If you lose your card or think it's been compromised, freeze it instantly in the app. This stops all charges immediately. Unfreeze it just as fast when you find it or get a replacement.
