If you think your account has been compromised or you notice suspicious activity, report it immediately. We respond within hours.

Signs of fraud

Watch for charges you don't recognize, login attempts from locations you weren't in, or strange transfers. Your Ledgerline Card was used somewhere you weren't. Or someone changed your contact information without your permission.

Freeze immediately

If you think your card was compromised, freeze it instantly in the app. This stops all charges immediately and protects you while we investigate.

Report through the app

Go to Settings > Security and tap 'Report Suspicious Activity.' Describe what happened and we'll start an investigation. Most reports are evaluated within 2-4 hours.

Change your password

If you think your login was compromised, change your password immediately. Use a strong, unique password you don't use anywhere else. Then enable two-step verification if you haven't already.

Enable alerts

Turn on transaction alerts in the app. You'll get notifications for every purchase. This makes it easy to spot fraudulent charges immediately, not days later.

Legal protections

Federal law limits your liability for fraudulent charges. If you report unauthorized charges, you're protected. Ledgerline goes even further—we'll cover 100% of fraudulent charges if you report them within 60 days.

Follow up

You'll get updates on your fraud report via in-app notifications. If you need faster help, contact support directly—they have access to your full investigation file.
